River corridor geomorphology and habitat surveys using standard methodologies as well using theodolite, remote sensing, GPS and mapping using GIS and Arcview.

Surveying for freshwater invertebrates as an assessment of water quality using diversity indices, such as Shannon Wiener and Simpsons, and biotic indices, such as BMWP, LIFE and AWIC.
